Ordering

We presently accept orders two ways, by phone with a major charge card, and by mail. Mail orders from individuals should include a check or credit card number, while institutional orders may instead provide a purchase order.

To place a phone order, call DMZ at (212) 255-8181, and ask for Polina. She will take your order, address, phone, credit card number (we accept only credit cards for phone orders) and shipping information. She should be able to answer most of your questions.

While anyone may order by mail, individuals are required to give a credit card number or provide a check, organizations interested in our institutional versions can submit a purchase order. In either case, please fill out the form we provide and send it along with your order.

Shipping & Handling

We generally ship by United States Postal Service Priority mail, (but will ship via Federal Express to a purchaser’s pre-existing Fedex account). A single DVD release costs (with handling) $5.00 within the United States, and $11.00 to foreign addresses. If you have any question about whether USPS Priority Mail will ship to your country, check their website .

Sales Tax

New York State Residents must add 8.25% sales tax to their order.

Important - DVD Player Compatibility

Because these programs are for a narrow audience, it would have been prohibitive to mass duplicate them, so we press (and test) these disks ourselves, using DVD-R media. This media is compatible with the vast majority of DVD players, particularly newer models. We recommend, before ordering, that you check the list found at this link: http://www.apple.com/dvd/compatibility/ to check for compatibility with your specific DVD player.
